Ink Pads & Refills

Whether you need ink pads for stamps, a refill for your self-inking stamp, or a spare pad to keep on hand, this is where to find everything that keeps your stamps producing clean, sharp impressions.

The Right Ink & Color is What Makes Every Impression Special

Stampmore carries stamp ink pads and ink refills to keep your wooden stamps and self-inking stamps going. Standard ink pads come in multiple vibrant colors and are non-toxic, child-safe, acid-free, and water-soluble. They work great on paper, cardboard, kraft paper, and envelopes. The mini cube pad measures 1 inch by 1 inch with a raised surface, so it works with larger stamps too. Whether you're working with tattoo stamps, business stamps, or anything in between, order stamps and ink pads together, and our team will make sure everything is compatible before it ships.

Do you need to top off a self-inking rubber stamp? Ink refill vials come in 5 colors and make re-inking quick. All ink pads at Stampmore are refillable, giving them many years of use.

Frequently Asked Questions

The difference between dye and pigment ink is that dye ink soaks into paper fast and dries quickly, which works well for everyday stamping. Pigment ink sits on top of the paper instead, giving you richer color, better fade resistance, and a slower dry time that's ideal when you're embossing or doing detailed craft work.

Refilling a self-inking stamp pad without making a mess is easier than it looks. Slide the built-in ink pad out, add a few drops from a refill vial, and let it soak before sliding it back. Use 1 to 2 drops for a smaller pad, 3 to 4 for a larger one.

Stampmore’s water-soluble ink pads for rubber stamps work well when used on paper and cards. For fabric, a fabric ink that can be heat-set is what makes the impression permanent and keeps it from washing out over time. An archival ink pad may be a better solution for stamping fabric, as archival ink will adhere better to non-paper surfaces.
